1. Scope of Interest

• I only buy natural (not processed) specimens for my own collection.
• I am NO dealer. Not interested in wholesale material.
• I do not buy flats or whole collections, just individual specimens.
• I am only interested in specimens that fulfill my personal aesthetic requirements for my collection (see www.thewildfangcollection.com).
• For sure there is no need to offer me gravel, dirty rocks, mediocre specimens, or specimens that are just ubiquitous and have nothing special to them.
• In any case I judge minerals personally based on my standards. 

2. Packaging & Shipping

• Careful packaging is prerequisite. 
• Within your packaging standard make sure to protect the surface of the rock with soft foils before you use abrasive toilet paper or other rough materials.
• Use many layers of foil, boxes and wrapping in order to protect the rock from getting destroyed during transport or customs check (they sometimes open boxes with knifes).
• Shipping to Germany needs to be included and must be familiar to you.

• Preferred Carriers are UPS, DHL and Fedex.

3. Invoicing & Payment

• I use Paypal as my main way to settle the purchase price.
• To some countries direct bank wire transfers are acceptable.
• I do not use Western Union or wires to exotic countries.

4. Binding Elements of any Offer for Specimens

• Clear description of mineral
• specific location of the find
• photos (and/or video)
• all dimensions and weight
• condition & treatments (including repairs, fills, stabilization, radiation, heating ...)
• your asking price in USD or EUR
